Target

Five systems. One integrated platform.

iTONA AFRICA is not a single tool — it is an interconnected suite of programmes that compound in value as more farmers are enrolled. This is what we have built, and what we are deploying now.

📋
iTONA VERIFY
GPS-confirmed farmer enrollment, biometric capture, plot mapping, and community Seal Council verification. Every farmer receives a unique reference number and a publicly verifiable credential.
● Active · Enrollment in progress
🛒
AGROMARKET
Direct farm-to-buyer marketplace for sealed farmers. Listings, price negotiation, facilitated payments, and income recording — with a 3% CANWYF facilitation fee sustaining the programme.
● Ready · Launching with first Seal Ceremony
🛡️
AGROSHIELD
Community-pooled crop insurance for enrolled farmers. Because each farm is GPS-mapped and visit-verified, insurance is data-driven and affordable — not estimated from unreliable surveys.
● Ready · Launching Q2 2026
🏭
AGROSTORE
Community storage nodes managed by youth operators. Reduces post-harvest losses by linking farmers to verified storage facilities and creating local employment for young people in the community.
○ Next · Planned Q3 2026
💰
AGROWALLET
NGN digital wallet for farmer payouts — market sale proceeds, insurance claims, and grant disbursements. Links directly to mobile money (Opay, Palmpay) and supports beneficiary designation.
● Built · Active in platform
🌱
ECOVITALIZE AFRICA
Land restoration and agroforestry programme. Uses iTONA-verified plot data to target restoration interventions precisely — and creates additional income streams through sustainable land management.
○ Parallel programme · Active planning

Four layers of verified impact data.

As the programme grows, impact data deepens. Each layer builds on the one below it. Donors and institutions can access data at any layer — from individual farmer records to aggregated community reports.

Layer 1 · Foundation
📍
Proof of Visit
The atomic unit of verified agricultural activity. A coordinator visits a farm, GPS confirms their location, audio records their observation in local language, and a photo is captured. Each visit is timestamped and independently verifiable. This is the foundation on which everything else rests.
17 visits recorded · Growing daily
Layer 2 · Identity
👨‍🌾
Farmer Profile Card
Aggregated from verified visits over 3–6 months. Shows the farmer's name, GPS plot location, crops grown, visit history, and Community Seal status. Publicly verifiable at canwyf.org/verify. This is the credential that unlocks market access, insurance, and formal credit eligibility.
44 profiles active · More weekly
Layer 3 · Community
🏘️
Community Impact Card
Quarterly aggregate across all enrolled farmers: total hectares under cultivation, tonnes harvested, marketplace revenue generated, percentage women and youth enrolled. This is the data that grant agencies, development banks, and government programmes use for due diligence and programme targeting.
First quarterly report expected July 2026
Layer 4 · Programme
🔐
Annual Impact Report
Auto-generated from iTONA platform data. Total verified visits, harvest records, market transactions, insurance claims, and income changes for enrolled farmers. Suitable for grant reporting, ESG compliance, and institutional audit. Every data point independently verifiable at canwyf.org/verify.
First annual report expected Q1 2027 · Covering 2026 pilot year
