The terms that govern use of the CANWYF website and the iTONA AFRICA platform.
Last updated: March 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the CANWYF website (canwyf.org) and the iTONA AFRICA platform (app.canwyf.org), operated by the Community Advocacy Network for Women, Youth and Farmers (CANWYF), a CAC Incorporated Trustee registered in Nigeria.
By accessing or using these platforms, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platforms.
CANWYF is a non-profit Incorporated Trustee registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria under Part F of the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020. All surplus generated through CANWYF programmes is reinvested into community programmes and not distributed to any individual.

Donations to CANWYF are voluntary contributions to a registered non-profit Incorporated Trustee. They are not investments and do not confer ownership, equity, or financial returns unless explicitly stated in a forward contract agreement (Fund a Harvest campaign).
The "Fund a Harvest" campaign offers a 15% return in NGN equivalent upon successful harvest sale. This is a programme design feature, not a guarantee. CANWYF is not a licensed financial services provider. Harvest outcomes are subject to agricultural risk factors outside CANWYF's control.
Donations are acknowledged within 24 hours. Impact cards are issued once the associated farmer verification is complete (typically 2–6 weeks after donation).
The iTONA AFRICA platform (app.canwyf.org) is available to enrolled farmers, registered Coordinators, and authorised institutional users. Unauthorised access is prohibited.
Coordinators using the iTONA app agree to conduct farm visits honestly and accurately, record GPS and audio data at the actual farm location, and not falsify or misrepresent farm visits. Fraudulent visits will result in immediate deactivation and may result in legal action.
All data submitted to the iTONA platform becomes part of the iTONA AFRICA database and may be used for impact reporting, grant applications, and (in Phase 4) digital credential verification, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and with farmer consent.
The CANWYF name, logo, and brand identity are the intellectual property of CANWYF. Programme names (iTONA AFRICA, Ecovitalize Africa, AgroMarket, AgroShield) are CANWYF programme identifiers.
Website content, impact reports, and programme documentation may be shared for non-commercial purposes with attribution to CANWYF. Commercial use requires written permission.
This website and platform use the following third-party services:
CANWYF provides this website and platform on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties about uptime, data accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ekiti State, Nigeria.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be announced on the website.
